Revolution House
House Plans Available Soon
The Revolution House is a thoughtfully designed, energy efficient home created for modern families who want beauty, comfort, and long term sustainability in one cohesive design.
This two story single family home offers approximately 2,600 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with flexible options that allow the home to expand to up to 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as needs evolve over time. The design is organized around a calm structural grid that creates generous, light filled spaces while remaining practical and efficient to build.
Inside, every room is shaped by intention. From nearly every angle of the interior there are views of thoughtful detail. Carefully proportioned windows, consistent ceiling heights, and exposed structural elements create a quiet architectural rhythm that gives the home a sense of order and calm. Spaces are open where connection matters most and more intimate where privacy and rest are needed. From the welcoming entry to the garden room at the back of the house, the layout flows naturally, creating a home that feels both spacious and deeply restful.
Comfort is supported by thoughtful energy design. A compact building form, high performance insulation, and carefully placed windows help maintain consistent indoor temperatures throughout the seasons while reducing energy demand. The result is a home that feels comfortable in every room, in every season.
When released, the Revolution House plan will include a complete set of build ready home plans, along with a detailed How to Build Guide designed to help homeowners approach the building process with confidence. The guide will walk through each major phase of construction with practical insight into how the home comes together. It will highlight key decisions, important questions to ask builders and trades, and realistic cost ranges to help with early planning.
The guide will also explore optional additions and enhancements, allowing the Revolution House to adapt to different sites, climates, and lifestyles while staying true to its core design principles.
